Spanning 14,000 square feet, the villa is a stunning example of Mexican colonial design infused with authentic flair. The interiors are adorned with traditional furniture, bold colors, and modern comforts. The centerpiece is an open courtyard, while the living room opens to a large terrace overlooking the heated 39-foot beachfront infinity pool. Guests can enjoy an entertainment room, video games, ping pong, high-resolution televisions, and indoor/outdoor dining areas. Landscaped gardens and large shaded patios offer a true Caribbean ambiance. Outdoors, the villa includes a full-size private tennis court, kayaks, paddle boards, sun loungers, umbrellas, a gas barbecue grill, and outdoor speakers. With the beach just steps away, guests can swim, kayak, snorkel, or relax by the turquoise waters in complete seclusion.

Situated in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras, this villa offers privacy, security, and convenient access to nearby golf and tennis facilities, shops, restaurants, and marina activities. The area is known for its tranquil beaches and upscale yet relaxed vibe, making it ideal for those seeking both relaxation and luxury.

Only in-house chefs are permitted to cook on the property. Gourmet Chef Services are available daily and are required if guests wish to have prepared meals (food and beverages are additional). Butler services after 9 pm incur an extra charge. Rates are based on two guests per room, with an extra charge of $80 USD plus taxes per additional person per night. A non-refundable damage waiver of $300 per stay applies. Music is permitted only until 11 pm per local bylaws. Weddings and events are welcome. When combined with adjacent properties, the estate can host up to 250 guests and provide accommodation for 90. Please inquire for details regarding event hosting and pricing. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out is 10 am. Late check-out requires an additional night’s booking. Note that during the warmer months, natural seaweed may occasionally be present along the shoreline due to ocean currents and climate conditions.
