Overview of the house
The space
The villa is located in the exclusive Terres-Basses, with an open concept style and has a sprawling main floor pool deck with an incredible second floor lounge area that includes a hot tub, sun loungers, an al-fresco dining area and an outdoor living room to watch the sunset.
The 3 king sized bedrooms include flat screen televisions with Apple TV, ceiling fans and air conditioning. The massive en-suite bathrooms also include indoor/outdoor showers.
This modern villa boasts a large indoor living space but the best part takes place outside around the pool area with the large white lounging couches and the pool table to enjoy a game before or after dinner while sitting around the kitchen counter bar.
At night enjoy the colorful lights of the pool from inside your gourmet kitchen, our while watching a movie from the living room – where you can have the large sliding doors open so you can still hear the waves from the ocean.
