Overview of the house
The space
From the private parking area you walk through the garden to reach the entrance on the west side of the house with floor-to-ceiling windows for a lot of natural light in cottage. The house opens up with the living area, open to the dining and kitchen area with most brand new ameneties and air conditioning.
Following the corridor of the one story house you will reach the 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with double bed and one of them with 2 single beds. 3 of the bedrooms have a direct access to the garden.
The 2 modern and with marble tiled bathrooms complete the available space of the house.
On the backside you will find a practical washing machine and space to dry your clothes.
The highlight of this villa is the terrace on the west side for unforgettable sun sets.
