The ground floor includes a cozy living area with fireplace, a spacious kitchen with dining area, and a second sitting room with TV and direct access to the garden. Outside, the 1,500 m² fenced garden features a shaded veranda with charcoal BBQ, outdoor dining space, sun loungers, and a fully enclosed 6 x 14 m swimming pool (max depth: 1.40 m) — ideal for families with children.
