Welcome to our newly renovated home! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom property offers comfort, entertainment, and relaxation for up to 10 guests, just minutes from the sand. Step into the fully fenced, resort-style backyard: a large pool for endless swims, a professionally installed putt-putt course, a hot tub, fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen with grill and mini fridge. Plenty of seating makes it easy for the whole group to spread out and unwind. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature king beds, Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature a queen and a queen-over-queen bunk, and every room has its own smart TV. Bathroom 1 offers a tub/shower combo, Bathroom 2 a walk-in shower, and a half bath sits conveniently downstairs. The living room's 75" smart TV and plush seating are perfect for movie nights, or head to the private theater with reclining seats and a 125" screen for the full experience. The game room's pool table, poker table, and arcade games round out the entertainment, and the fully stocked kitchen, with both drip and Keurig coffee makers, makes cooking and mornings easy. We welcome dogs (up to 2, $125/stay, crate-trained and picked up after), and a pack 'n play and high chair are on hand for the littlest guests.

Primary guest must be 25+ to book. The trampoline is temporarily out of order and unavailable for guest use. We apologize for the inconvenience. Pool heating is available for $100/night (ask about availability before booking). Pools typically heat to about 20° above ambient, up to a max of 85°, and heaters lose efficiency below 55°F outdoor temps, so heating can't be guaranteed during FL's colder months. No parties. Noise complaints may result in cancellation with no refund. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am out of respect for our neighbors. Parking for 4 cars max. A liability waiver is required to confirm your reservation. GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation. Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival. Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
