The space
On the first floor you will find a hall with direct access to the outdoor terraces and garden and a guest toilet. A spacious dining room, a stylish living room with a fireplace and a satellite TV and a fully equipped open plan kitchen are located on the ground floor, as well as 3 light and spacious double bedrooms with wooden furnishings, beautiful linens, and large windows that display stunning island views. You will also find another WC and an office room. The bedrooms boast ample storage, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth access, satellite Tv, air conditioning and spacious balconies with panoramic sea view and lounge set. Each room has an en suite bathroom with amenities supplied.
The outdoor entertainment area is very glamorous. The beautifully designed heated swimming pool with 4 splash pools and elegant seating provides the ideal venue to relax and enjoy the panoramic views. The villa is set high on a bluff near the village of Goudouras in the popular holiday region of Lassithi, on the resort island of Crete. Nearby attractions include the scenic Vai Beach, the uninhabited Isle of Chrysi, the historic Toplou Monastery and wine shop, the Richtis Gorge, and the Cave of Diktaion Andron, believed to be Zeus' birthplace. Also close by is the charming town of Agios Nikolaos, with its scenic lake and archaeological and folk museums.
Goudouras is 37 km east of Ierapetra and 73 km southeast of Agios Nikolaos. The closest hospital is the Sitia General Hospital (44 km) and the nearest international airport is Heraklion Airport N. Kazantzakis (91 km).
