Three bedrooms are located on the lower level, each with an ensuite bathroom, while the upper level houses the remaining three bedrooms, a communal bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate WC. The open-plan living area includes a stylish lounge with a 60” smart satellite TV, an energy fireplace, and expansive windows that allow natural light to flow in. The fully equipped modern kitchen is complemented by a dining area with seating for eight, a bar with stools, and an additional dining table for more intimate meals.
