To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all, this is a strictly non-smoking premise. Absolutely NO SMOKING & NO USING MARIJUANA in the home. A minimum $500 smoking fee will be charged for odor removal. If you are bringing your pet, please let us know ahead of time. Unauthorized animals will result in additional cleaning fees. We do allow dogs not more than 50 lbs for an additional $25/night per pet (for 1 pet) and $35/night per pet (for 2 pets). We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. If you misplace something in the home, please let us know so we can look out for the item during cleaning. If guests are found to have had an event or party without permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. If neighbors are disrupted as a result of such an event, guests may be asked to leave the property.
