Room-darkening shades make it easy to sleep in after full days at the parks, while central air conditioning and heating help you keep the space comfortable. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door offers privacy when you need a quiet moment. Outdoor living The private backyard includes a pool and a fully fenced grassy area that creates a sense of ease for families. A patio with a table and chairs sits just beside the water, making it simple to relax while keeping an eye on kids enjoying the pool. An electric BBQ grill is available for casual meals outdoors. Kitchen and dining A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances gives you the option to cook your own meals when you prefer staying in. The kitchen includes the essentials you need to get started, along with a coffee maker for slow mornings or quick energy boosts before heading out. Family-friendly features A pack ’n play or travel crib is available upon request, and the home includes a high chair and children’s dinnerware. A free washer and dryer in the unit make longer stays or mid-trip refreshes simple. Home safety and connectivity The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Wifi is available throughout the space, and smart TVs provide easy entertainment during downtime. Community and nearby attractions Within Storey Lake Resort, you’ll have access to community amenities such as a resort-style pool, lazy river, splash pad, sand volleyball court, mini golf, and a canoe or kayak launch area. A shared gym is located nearby. The property sits close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld Orlando, as well as shops, restaurants, and essential stops like Walmart and Starbucks. Travel times include 23 minutes to MCO Airport and just a few minutes to major roads and local conveniences. Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to everything from fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations all within a short distance drive. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf.

Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00. Pets: Not allowed. Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it...) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :) The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (2) per reservation. Up to (2) cars may park in available parking spaces in front of the home. To ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all our guests, we kindly request that you refrain from moving the furniture within the property. However, if you do need to make minor adjustments to accommodate your needs, we ask that you carefully return the furniture to its original position before checking out. Please understand that moving furniture can cause inconvenience and additional work for our staff, who need to restore the property to its original layout for the next guests. If the furniture is not returned to its original position, an additional fee may be charged to cover the cost of the extra time and effort required to rearrange the furniture. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival: - 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection). - 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear. Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
