Whether you're planning a quiet staycation or exploring nearby beaches and local spots, this home offers a comfortable place to settle in between moments out and about. Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms provide space for your group of up to seven guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom. A queen bed in the second bedroom and two singles in the third create flexibility for families and friends, and a twin air mattress offers an additional option when needed. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway for easy access. Living areas The open living room invites you to relax with comfy seating and tropical ocean inspired décor. Natural gathering spaces continue into the open concept dining area, giving you room to share meals or plan the day ahead. A Smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi make downtime easy when you're ready to settle in. Kitchen & dining A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and kitchen essentials lets you prepare meals at your own pace. The layout keeps everything within reach, whether you're cooking something simple or bringing home local favorites to enjoy inside or on the patio. Outdoor living The pool and screened in tiki patio is designed for relaxed outdoor dining throughout Florida’s warm, season-neutral climate. Beyond it, a fully fenced backyard offers plenty of lounge seating and a fire pit, creating a space to enjoy unhurried evenings. A patio or balcony and backyard access extend your time outdoors. Amenities Washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades help make longer stays comfortable. Air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials are all included. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi, a private entrance, free parking for up to 4 vehicles, and additional free street parking. Pets are allowed, and self check-in with a smart lock adds flexibility for arrivals. Neighborhood Set in a quiet residential area, the home offers easy access to shopping and restaurants. You’re close to Downtown Largo, the beaches of Clearwater and Sand Key, and nearby attractions, making it simple to enjoy both peaceful downtime and local exploration throughout your stay. Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.

Additional rules: In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for bugs, however, everything outside of that is beyond our control. Mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable (we know, lame) - please remember to pack mosquito spray. IF YOU WOULD LIKE POOL HEAT AND/OR HOT TUB, IT MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING A WEEK PRIOR TO CHECK-IN (as it requires up to 24 hours to heat). TO ADD THIS AMENITY, YOU AGREE TO PAY $35 PER DAY OF USAGE. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY IF A WEEK'S NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN. **We also wanted to give you a quick update about the pool for your awareness! We had some chemical treatment on the pool that unfortunately stained the pool surface but no need to be concerned. It's completely usable and safe but we wanted to make sure we were upfront with you :) ** We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is REQUIRED. We allow (1) one house-trained dog (less than 60 lbs). A pet fee is applied & subject to up to $150 security deposit. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. Please do not park inside the garage for ANY reason. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. We can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. It's for your own comfort :) No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. Number of cars on property at any given time should never exceed (3). Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles, (2) vehicles may park on the street in front of the home. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood. Be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival: - 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection). - 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear. Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. Please note that a grill is provided, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a ring camera on the front door. We appreciate your understanding!
