You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: **Stairs required** This unit is on the 3rd (top) floor. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Large family room area with access to the oceanfront balcony! Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with access to the balcony! King bed. Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Bedroom 2: Two single beds. Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway between bedrooms. Balcony: Peaceful and spacious balcony. Beachfront! Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor pool! Moreover, enjoy the spacious oceanfront sun deck. Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA. Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.
