The open-plan living and dining area combines exposed wooden beams, natural materials and comfortable furniture to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The villa also offers air conditioning, central heating, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the private chlorinated swimming pool measures approximately 11 × 7.5 metres and is up to 1.6 metres deep. It includes convenient access steps and a separate shallow section for children. Children must nevertheless remain under constant adult supervision around the pool. The spacious pool terrace is furnished with high-quality sun loungers and parasols and offers beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. An outdoor shower is available beside the pool. A partially covered terrace provides comfortable seating and space for dining outdoors. Guests can also use the portable barbecue and explore the extensive grounds to find peaceful corners for relaxing.
