The villa is laid out across a single floor and features a cooling system throughout. The interior opens from a spacious terrace with comfortable outdoor seating into a bright, open-plan living area. This includes a dining space, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge with a decorative fireplace, and a guest bathroom. The sleeping quarters are divided between the left and right sides of the home. On the left, there is a double bedroom with sea views, an en-suite bathroom with both a tub and a shower, and direct garden access. On the right, a corridor leads to a laundry room, another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (tub) and terrace access, a further double bedroom, and a final bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.40m), which shares a bathroom with a shower with the adjacent double bedroom.
