The space This entire townhouse is designed for groups who want shared moments and personal space. The home features four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to settle in comfortably. A downstairs master bedroom offers a separate entry, ideal for added privacy, while an upstairs master suite opens to a private balcony where you can unwind at the end of the day. Secondary bedrooms feature Disney-style decor and twin beds, creating a playful setting for younger guests. Sleeping arrangements You will find two master bedrooms with queen beds, along with additional bedrooms furnished with twin beds. The layout works well for families and mixed-age groups, offering flexibility without crowding. Kitchen and dining The full kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners at home. There is space to cook your own meals and gather around the dining table for shared conversations before heading out or winding down for the night. Outdoor and community amenities Step outside to enjoy the patio or balcony, or fire up the BBQ grill for an easy evening meal. Beyond the home, you have access to shared community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, arcade, cyber cafe, sauna, sport courts, and playgrounds. These shared spaces add variety to your stay, whether you are starting the morning with a workout or ending the day with a soak. Comfort and convenience Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round in central Florida’s warm climate. Washer and dryer access, WiFi, TV, and self check-in with a smart lock make longer stays easy and flexible. Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.

Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.

Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00. Pets: Not allowed. Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for bugs, however, everything outside of that is beyond our control. Mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable (we know, lame) - please remember to pack mosquito spray. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.) Note that by booking this reservation, you agree to pay the Emerald Island resort fee of $20 PER VEHICLE, which is paid to the resort upon check-in (credit/debit/Apple Pay only). Resort fees are non-refundable. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :) The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. Up to (3) cars may park in the parking lot near the property. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival: - 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection). - 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear. Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
