The air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 double rooms including 5 bathrooms. Five double rooms are in the main villa and one in the side annex. On the ground floor, a spacious dining room takes center stage, featuring a table for 12 persons. Right beside it is a fully, professionally equipped, kitchen with a large island in the middle. In the ground floor you can find three modern luxury rooms. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a shower, while the other two share a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, there's a living room and two master bedrooms with king size bed, a private bath with bathtub and shower, a walk-in wardrobe and a small balcony. The living room leads to a spacious and covered terrace with a seating lounge, perfect for enjoying the sunshine and taking in the beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea and the Dalmatian islands. To the side of the house, the villa annex holds the sixth accommodation unit including a bedroom with two twin beds which can be converted to a double, a bathroom with bathtub and a shower.
