The home This entire home is designed to feel both spacious and comfortable, making it well suited for weekend escapes or longer stays. Large living areas provide room to gather, while thoughtful touches throughout help create a peaceful, easygoing atmosphere. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, and a single-level layout with no stairs allows for easy movement throughout the space. Sleeping arrangements The home includes three bedrooms along with additional sleeping space in the living room. The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with Queen-over-queen bunk beds. A queen pull-out couch in the living room provides flexible sleeping space, with access to the shared bathroom. Kitchen and dining A large, full kitchen gives you space to prepare meals at your own pace, whether you’re cooking for the whole family or keeping things simple. Indoor dining areas are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to gather for meals or linger over conversation. Outdoor living Outdoor spaces are a highlight of the property. The backyard centers around a salt water pool, with the option to add pool heat on cooler days. Pool loungers invite relaxed afternoons, while the outdoor shower offers a refreshing rinse after time at the beach. Additional features like the tiki bar, putting green, and outdoor dining areas create inviting spots to enjoy Florida’s warm, coastal climate. Amenities and conveniences The home includes a washer and dryer, WiFi, and bathroom essentials to support both short and extended stays. A private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock add ease and flexibility, while free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. The home is pet-friendly, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Neighborhood and location Set in a quiet residential area, the home is close to local shopping and restaurants. St. Pete Beach access is 1.4 miles away, Albert Whitted Airport is 6 miles away, and Splash Harbour Water Park is 12 miles from the property, placing coastal activities and local attractions within easy reach. This South Pasadena retreat offers a comfortable base for enjoying the area at your own rhythm, with space to relax, reconnect, and feel at home throughout your stay. Please note: We provide the grill, but propane is not included. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed.

Additional rules: Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and BUGS. (Yes, dare I say it..) These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! IF YOU WOULD LIKE POOL HEAT, IT MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING A WEEK PRIOR TO CHECK-IN (as it requires up to 24 hours to heat). TO ADD THIS AMENITY, YOU AGREE TO PAY $35 PER DAY OF USAGE. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY IF A WEEK'S NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN. We ask for your cooperation to NOT tamper with the pool equipment as it could cause damage to the whole system. Failure to observe this rule could result in fines up to $150 plus damages. The golf cart is a paid amenity and is available to reserve. It can be reserved for the entirety of the stay (two-day minimum). Or, if reserving for only part of your stay, it must be at the end of your stay (two-day minimum). The cost for this amenity is $80 per day. We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is REQUIRED. We allow (1) one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). A pet fee is applied & subject to up to $150 security deposit Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed one (1) cameras outside of the house pointing to the carport area. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. NO glass by the pool! We can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :) Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to three (3) standard size cars can park in the driveway. Always park on the right side of the roadway, and be careful not to block any neighbors' driveway. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival: - 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection). - 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear. Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
