The villa is arranged across multiple levels to maximize privacy and ocean views. The main living level opens directly onto the pool and sunbathing deck through glass walls, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. This level includes a beautifully furnished lounge, TV room, dining area, open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a separate laundry room. One king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is also located on this level. The first floor hosts two king-size en-suite bedrooms, a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, and a private study. Every room on this level enjoys sweeping ocean views. From the pool deck, an external staircase leads down to a private garden and a lower level featuring a king-size bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, a private lounge, and a games room equipped with a pool table and TV. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and fly screens are provided throughout the villa.

The villa is set in a prime oceanfront location overlooking Darkwood Beach, one of Antigua’s most picturesque stretches of coastline. The setting is peaceful and private, with panoramic sea views and easy access to the natural beauty of the surrounding area, while still being within reach of Antigua’s beaches and attractions.
