The apartment spans 87 m² within a 150 m² plot and is designed across two levels. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom and free amenities. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two single beds, with the option of adding a crib. The living room includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. A third bathroom is also available. The open-plan living and dining room provides direct access to the outdoor area, where the shared pool and seating space are located. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, induction kitchenette, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, utensils, coffee machine, fryer, toaster, and kettle. The apartment also offers three televisions with satellite and cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a balcony, garden, garden furniture, board games, puzzles, and a hairdryer.

The apartment is located in a historic and scenic part of Peso da Régua, one of the Douro region’s main tourist centers. The area is known for its wine estates, traditional towns such as Lamego and Favaios, and stunning viewpoints overlooking the river and mountains. Private tours, tastings, and river cruises are available through certified partners.

Check-in is available daily from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. A refundable security deposit of €200 is required, held via credit card. Bed linen and towels are included, with linen changed every seven days. A crib, high chair, and extra beds are available on request. Arrival outside office hours is subject to an additional €150 fee. Hygiene and safety measures are in place, with thorough sanitization before each stay. Parties and events are not permitted.
