The villa spans over 300 m² and accommodates up to twelve guests. Inside, there are six bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two service bathrooms. The living room and dining room provide welcoming spaces to gather, while the games room offers a billiards table, table football, and ping pong table for entertainment. The fully equipped independent kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer. High-speed internet and cable television are available, along with central heating, DVD, and hair dryer. The outdoor area features a private swimming pool, garden, barbecue, garden furniture, fenced grounds, and a balcony.

The villa is located in one of the most iconic regions of Portugal, close to Peso da Régua, and offers opportunities to explore vineyards, charming villages, and scenic viewpoints. Visitors can enjoy wine tastings, boat trips between Régua and Pinhão, or 4x4 tours through the surrounding landscapes.

Bed linen, towels, internet access, heating, and a crib are included. Cleaning and disinfection carry an additional fee of €100 per booking. A refundable security deposit of €500 is required, held via credit card. Arrival outside of the scheduled check-in time (16:00 to 20:00) incurs an additional fee of €150.
