The space
This property consists of a principal home of 535m2 over three floors and multiple terraces to enjoy, is situated on a large plot of 1.7 hectares where we find a pleasant swimming pool which can be heated during spring or autumn breaks, enjoyed to cool off during summer, or to have a fun game of water volleyball; several outdoor areas where you can relax, as well as a 60m2 open space annex that has high ceilings with a large fan aside from air-conditioning, a summer kitchen, bathroom and an indoor lounge area with entertainment, and games (with pool table, darts, and Pac-Man arcade game console) that overlooks a spectacular porch with a large barbecue and outdoor dining room situated next to a 24x12m swimming pond with its own private beach, all this without forgetting the forest area at the back of the house for the kids to explore and play hide and seek.
