The first floor showcases a light-filled living space with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a terrace with sweeping lake views. A cozy fireplace, reading nook, and a dining area for 12 guests complete the space. The second floor consists of four en-suite bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom with a tub and shower.

Located in Mezzegra, one of Lake Como’s most sought-after areas, the villa offers a peaceful residential setting while remaining close to local attractions. The lakefront is just 1 km away, where guests can explore traditional boutiques, charming trattorias, and iconic landmarks like Villa Balbiano. The central location makes it easy to visit famous lake towns such as Bellagio and Varenna by ferry.

Daily breakfast with a private chef, concierge services, and daily cleaning (2 hours per day) are included. Additional services such as a private chef for other meals, pre-stocking, personal training, massages, boat rentals, and extra cleaning can be arranged upon prior request. Pets and events are allowed only with prior approval. A refundable security deposit and tourist tax (if applicable) must be paid upon arrival. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are available seasonally, so please check availability before booking.
