Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00. Pets: Not allowed. Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: Please note: In sunny Florida, that with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for bugs and mosquitoes, and have bug spray available. However, everything outside of this is beyond our control. **By booking this reservation, guests agree & acknowledge that Regal Palms Resort will have occasional areas of ongoing construction. Though most areas leading up to the property are cleared, please be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. This does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use.** A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on property. Please note that we welcome children of all ages but wanted to make sure you’re aware that the home is NOT baby-proofed. We can accommodate an absolute maximum of 8 guests. It's for your own comfort :) No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 (additional) guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. Number of cars on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
