The main building opens with a large central hall featuring a 1920s billiard table. On one side, there is a spacious dining room and cozy living room with a stone fireplace, and on the other, a traditional kitchen. Upstairs, five bedrooms share three private bathrooms and one large shared bathroom, while the attic hosts a splendid suite with views. Two annexes provide further accommodations. The first includes a living room with two sofas, a study, a full kitchen with dining table, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The second annex has a large living area with a concealed kitchen behind a fireplace, a dining space, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Interiors throughout feature exposed wooden beams, brick walls, terracotta floors, and unique furnishings that blend rustic tradition with refined character. Outdoors, the gardens are framed by olive trees and feature a rectangular swimming pool, a solarium with loungers and gazebo, and a barbecue area. An additional infinity pool measuring 17 by 5 meters with a 1.40-meter depth is set for privacy at the back of the property. A consecrated private chapel is also located on the grounds.

The property is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Marche region, offering postcard-worthy views and proximity to the charming towns of Corinaldo and Ostra Vetere. The Gola Rossa and Frasassi Regional Natural Park, with its famous caves, is nearby. For a seaside escape, the port town of Senigallia with its iconic Rotonda sul Mare is just a 30-minute drive away.

A €1,000 security deposit is required at check-in. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of €35 per animal. Extra cleaning is available at €18 per hour per housekeeper, while an additional linen change costs €100. The pool is not guaranteed to be open from October to May.
