Quiet hours: 21:00 to 09:00. Pets: Allowed (maximum 1). Smoking: Allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: To ensure a great experience for all our guests, we ask that all guests be 21 years of age or older when booking. Guest Verification & Agreement: To keep our homes safe and secure for all guests, we require each reservation to complete a short verification process before check-in. This includes: • Filling out and signing a digital rental agreement and form. • Providing a photo of a government-issued ID to validate the booking. ⚠️ Important: This process must be completed in order to receive your check-in instructions and gain access to the property. Without it, entry cannot be provided. All information is collected securely and handled with the utmost confidentiality. We cherish tranquility, so please no loud music and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM. Please supervise children at all times, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 3 cars. Please avoid parking in front of neighboring properties and grass. Smoking is permitted only in the fire pit area. Kindly ensure that cigarette buds are properly discarded in the designated garbage bins. For everyone's safety, we have discreet, motion-activated cameras on the exterior of our home. We ask that music volumes be kept low to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

Heated Pool: Enjoy a relaxing swim year-round; pool heat is included in your stay at no extra charge! The system is programmed to maintain around 85°F, from October through April. Though the final water temperature depends on outdoor weather and air temperature. Heat pumps can typically warm the pool up to 10–20°F above the current air temperature, so on cooler days, it may not reach the full set temperature. No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions or heater performance. Please note that pool maintenance is handled by external contractors and takes place every Monday and Friday. You may see maintenance personnel during your stay, but the exact timing may vary. Thank you for your understanding! The lawn is serviced every Friday, including both the front and backyard. Arrival time may vary, and service is typically completed quickly without disruption. Please allow access to the backyard as part of the regular upkeep of the property. There's no need to take the garbage bins to the curb. We offer valet trash service, and our team will ensure the bins are taken out every Tuesday and Thursday night. Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets per stay 🐾 for an additional fee. Please include your pets in your booking request so we can prepare accordingly. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Want to start your vacation a little earlier or stay a little longer? 🌴✨ Guests can now request early check-in or late check-out directly through our guest portal. Both options are subject to availability and will be confirmed the day before your arrival or departure. You are vacationing in a residential area. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
