One bedroom has a king-size bed with a large furnished terrace, while the other has twin beds that can be converted into a king-size. The top floor features a kitchenette and a fourth bedroom with a canopy bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony, along with access to a terrace with a hot tub under a shaded pergola.

For stays of 5 to 7 days, one complimentary change of linens and towels is provided. Guests staying longer than 7 days will receive fresh linens and towels every 4 days. Daily maid service is available except on weekends, and additional linen and towel changes can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. From 2024, a resilience fee to the climate crisis applies: €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable in cash upon arrival. The villa is part of a complex of four villas located next to each other.
