Bringing an unauthorized pet will incur a $200 fine, plus any additional fines imposed by the resort. Parking: Parking is only allowed in designated areas. Parking on green spaces or unauthorized locations is prohibited. Garbage Disposal: Domestic trash must be taken to the designated garbage compactor near the house. Do not leave trash on the porch, courtyard, or sidewalk, as fines will be applied by the community. Bedding and Towels: Please ensure that linens and towels are returned in the same condition as received. Damaged items will incur additional charges. Forgotten Items: Returning forgotten items involves an administrative cost of $150, plus shipping fees. These costs must be prepaid to proceed with the return.
