Spacious Villa With Sea View Balconies

Spanning three levels, the villa features four bedrooms and ample living space. The ground floor includes a spacious open-plan living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with direct access to the pool. This floor also hosts one bedroom with twin-size beds and a shared bathroom with a shower. The upper floor contains three additional bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two of these rooms have king-size beds, while the third has twin-size beds. One of the king-size bedrooms includes a hydro-massage Jacuzzi bath. All three upper-level bedrooms open onto balconies that offer spectacular sea views. The lower level is designed for wellness and relaxation, featuring a gym, sauna, and shower room. The villa's interior showcases neutral tones and a minimalistic style, creating a calm and elegant ambiance throughout.

Situated in the picturesque village of Kalyves in Chania, the villa enjoys a peaceful and traditional setting. The village is known for its authentic Cretan character, with local shops, tavernas, and cafés nearby. Sandy beaches and scenic coastal views are easily accessible, offering a balance of local charm and natural beauty.

Heated pool Policy The swimming pool can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump for an additional cost of 70€ per day/villa during April, May, and October with a pool temperature set at 27-28°C depending on the weather conditions. Please note that we require 3 days' advance notice for this facility and the minimum usage period is 3 days. The cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash upon arrival. -Sauna Policy For all future reservations, the sauna is available upon prior request before arrival, at an additional cost of 15€ per day, payable in cash upon arrival. Please note that the sauna can only be selected for the entire duration of the stay and is not available for use on selected individual days.
