All drivers will need to be added to the guest list prior to arrival and provide I.D. at the guard shack. You will be issued an orange guest pass which will also provide admission to the club houses. Up to 2 pets are allowed for a fee of $45 per pet, per night. Pets must never be left in the home unattended unless locked in a crate. Must be on a leash when leaving the property and owner must maintain control of the animal at all times. Booking guest is responsible for any damage to the property or any other issues caused by pets brought to the property. BEDROOMS: Theme Park Vacation Homes designs our properties to provide the best accommodations for large groups! Our mix of luxury furniture in the adult rooms and living/dining/theatre rooms, paired with fun themed kids room makes the most out of sleeping and living arrangements for groups containing all age ranges. This home sleeps 20 guests in 13 beds . Every mattress in every room is plush memory foam. Flat screen smart TVs are located in each bedroom, allowing you to login to your favorite streaming service! Each TV also has Spectrum cable and Samsung TV Plus apps with hundreds of channels on each. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 3 with queen sized beds, 2 kids rooms with a twin and a full each, and a bunk room with 4 beds. BATHROOMS: All 5 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and mouth wash), toilet paper, plush bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths. There are 5 hair dryers, 1 per bathroom. Please note that toiletries are limited. If you have a multi-day stay or large group you will need to bring additional supplies. We utilize "PhoneSoap" ultraviolet sanitizers to clean and sanitize all TV and game console controllers after each stay! -Professional and Highly trained cleaning crew -Gift tray with dish soap, laundry pods, candy & coffee -All towels for pool and bathrooms provided -Pack-N-Play with bassinet -High Chair -Trash pickup is every morning, simply place trash in receptacle right outside front door. The dining area has seating for 10 adults, along with all the necessary dinnerware and dining set. OUTDOOR SPACE: Private pool & spa on site with large covered outdoor seating area and dining table. (Additional charge for heat ($50 per night) and grill($70 per tank). Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a fee or $50 per dog, per night. No dangerous breed dogs. Free parking in driveway and on the street.
