CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 10 AM. Champions Gate is a secure community with guards at all entries. All drivers will need to be added to the guest list prior to arrival and provide I.D. at the guard shack. You will be issued an orange guest pass which will also provide admission to the club houses. Up to 2 pets are allowed for a fee of $50 per pet, per night. Pets must never be left in the home unattended unless locked in a crate. Must be on a leash when leaving the property and owner must maintain control of the animal at all times. Booking guest is responsible for any damage to the property or any other issues caused by pets brought to the property. BEDROOMS: Theme Park Vacation Homes designs our properties to provide the best accommodations for large groups! Our mix of luxury furniture in the adult rooms and living/dining/theatre rooms, paired with fun themed kids room makes the most out of sleeping and living arrangements for groups containing all age ranges. This home sleeps 20+ guests in 11 beds . Flat screen smart TVs are located in each bedroom, allowing you to login to your favorite streaming service! Each TV also has Spectrum cable and Samsung TV Plus apps with hundreds of channels on each. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 3 with queen sized beds, 1 kids rooms with a twin and a full, and 2 bunk rooms with full-over-full beds (2 kids in each bed). BATHROOMS: All 5 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and mouth wash), toilet paper, plush bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths. There are 5 hair dryers, 1 per bathroom. Please note that toiletries are limited. If you have a multi-day stay or large group you will need to bring additional supplies. We utilize "PhoneSoap" ultraviolet sanitizers to clean and sanitize all TV and game console controllers after each stay! -Professional and Highly trained cleaning crew -Gift tray with dish soap, laundry pods, candy & coffee -All towels for pool and bathrooms provided -Pack-N-Play with bassinet -High Chair -Trash pickup is every morning, simply place trash in receptacle right outside front door. The dining area has seating for 10 adults, along with all the necessary dinnerware and dining set. OUTDOOR SPACE: Private pool & spa on site with large covered outdoor seating area and dining table. (Additional charge for heat ($50 per night) and grill($70 per tank). Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a fee or $50 per pet per night. No dangerous breed dogs Free parking in driveway and on the street. Limit of 6 cars permitted to enter the community by security guards *Be careful not to block sidewalks, fire hydrants or other driveways* WE CARE ABOUT OUR GUESTS SAFETY! -child safety alarm on doors to pool **We know its annoying, but it saves lives! Quiet hours: 20:00 to 8:00. Pets: Allowed (maximum 1). Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: Primary booking guest will be required to sign our rental agreement, provide proof of identification by providing a photograph of their identification and a selfie. A list of all guests entering the community must be provide at least 48 hours prior to check in. Each adult will need to provide their ID at the security gate to enter. Maximum of 6 vehicles allowed into the community per property reservation. Children must be supervised by an adult at all time at the home, around the home, at the clubhouses and anywhere in the community. Quiet time is sun down until sun up. Please be courteous with noise levels at all times, as this is a family oriented community. Security does patrol the community and may ask you to lower noise levels. Repeat violations will result in eviction without compensation. If this property allows dogs, and additional fee is required for each dog, per night, with the exception of certified service animals. (Emotional support animals are not considered support animals by the State of Florida). Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Never leave a pet unsupervised in the house. Damage caused by pets will be billed to the booking guest. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms, and please only eat in the designated surfaces (Dining room table, counter, outside furniture, etc.) A $15 per day, per electric vehicle fee will apply for Electric Vehicle charging. This fee will be charged for each day of the stay, not just on days the vehicle is charged.
