Guests are required to fully respect and comply with all guidelines at all times, including community regulations, noise restrictions, occupancy limits, check-in/out instructions, and any directions provided by management. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in intervention, additional charges where applicable, and/or termination of the stay in accordance with applicable policies and local regulations.

Important: The booking platform will provide you with a general location of the area where our accommodation is located. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly. 1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. We do not accept group parties, events and all guests have to be silent between 22:00H - 09:00H. Noise levels are monitored according to the noise regulations in the municipality of Marbella. 2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service. 6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €3000. 7. Your reservation may be altered up to 30 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 9. The use of our pool heating is an additional service and can be requested up to 48 hours before your arrival. The costs are €250,00 per week. 10. Images are for marketing purposes only, this property does not allow commercial usage, including content creation and publishing, without written consent from us. 11. Please note that currently the front gate and wall are not in place, as they are working on building a new one. Important: The area's of this property are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
