The chalet consists of two connected buildings, Maso and Masetto, carefully renovated to preserve their original charm while incorporating state-of-the-art technologies. The chalet is situated in Arabba, a renowned ski destination in the Dolomites, within the Sella Ronda circuit. Known for its strategic position on ski slopes, the area is equally enchanting during the summer months, with numerous hiking trails leading to the surrounding peaks. Arabba offers a charming, secluded atmosphere, but is also within easy reach of major tourist destinations such as Venice, Lake Garda, and Verona.

Please note that while daily cleaning, wellness area access, and initial ignition of stoves and fireplaces are included, additional services such as meals, airport transfers, car rentals, laundry, and private helicopter service are available upon request at an extra cost. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: HEATING – Heating is available at an additional charge of 50,00 Euro per day and must be paid directly on the spot to the owner or his/her representative before departing. Please note that heating in Italy, when not subject to restrictions by the local Government, is more expensive compared to other countries. If you look for a property in the low season, make sure to ask for an estimate of the heating cost. You may be asked a supplementary deposit for heating expenses. WATER AND ELECTRICITY – Please note that most of the properties that we offer are not the typical purpose-built Mediterranean holiday villas. Most are converted farmhouses or former manor houses, full of character and history. Water shortages do occur; please use it sparingly during the summer months. At the same time, Italy is probably one of the few countries in the world where the government has introduced a system of electricity limitators to contain the national consumption. This means you must be careful when using more than one appliance at once because the limitator will shut the electricity off. According to Italian law (ART. 109 – TULPS), the owners and/or managers of any touristic structure are required to register their guests with the authorities before allowing their access to the facilities. To facilitate the registration process, you will be required to provide complete contact details (name, last name, address, telephone number, etc.), a copy of the passport, and the authorization to hold these details by law (D. Lgs. 196/2003) on privacy protection, before you arrived at the property. This information cannot be used to promote, sell, solicit any service or product to you and is required only for the individual responsible for the rental agreement. For late check-in (after 8 pm) an extra cost of 50,00 euros is required to be paid in cash upon arrival. SERVICES DESCRIPTION Morning Housekeeping Service 1 person of staff 7 hours a day 7 days a week from 8 am to 3 pm; Change of bedroom, bathroom, and spa linen 7 days a week; Electricity (and Heating) consumption is included; The staff that is living on premises can be asked to leave the property for an extra price of € 4.000 per week; The property can grant access to 9 lockers for ski equipment during winter at the ski lift station; Shuttle service available by snowcat, back and forth to the nearby village, in case of a snowy weather; VAT 22% will be added to all services and utilities not included in the rental rate. ADDITIONAL The TPT (Travel Planning & Tax) fee applies to each reserved week or portion at €340 for every 8 guests booked. This amount includes (i) Travel planning for prime guest, (ii) Remote emergency service, (iii) Check-in with property status control, (iv) Check-out and property and damages control, (v) Detailed accounting of services, (vi) Daily tourist tax per person per night. As part of the booking process, a refundable deposit known as Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) is required to cover any extras and utilities during the stay. The APA is equal to 20% of the rental price. A mandatory Damage Deposit (DD) is equal to 10% of the rental price.
