The villa spans 335 m² and is fully air-conditioned, providing a modern and comfortable home for guests. The main entrance on the first floor opens into a large living room with stunning views of the lake. The living area includes a TV lounge, a cozy fireplace-centered section, and a dining area with a long marble table. A fully equipped kitchen with an island complements this space. A covered terrace outside is perfect for dining alfresco, and a balcony along the house offers panoramic lake views. The first floor also includes a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower. On the lower floor, which accesses the pool area, there is a second smaller kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a tub), and a laundry room.

Situated uphill in the serene town of Dagnente, this villa offers a peaceful retreat while being close to the lakeside village of Meina, located just 2 km away. The town of Arona, only 4 km from the villa, provides beautiful promenades along the lake and a variety of shops and restaurants. From Arona, guests can easily take a ferry to explore Lake Maggiore's charming spots. The nearby railway station in Arona connects to Milan, and Stresa, a popular tourist destination, is only 15 km away.

The villa offers additional services upon request, including private chef catering, pre-stocking, personal trainers, massages, and guided tours.
