The first floor features a spacious, open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning views of Lake Como. This floor also includes a cozy sitting area with a TV, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with an island, and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony. The ground floor houses three additional colorfully designed ensuite bedrooms. This level also includes a lounge area with a bar, couches, and TV, which opens directly to the pool and patio, perfect for unwinding or hosting.
