The villa spans two floors, accommodating up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. The ground floor features three bedrooms, including one with three single beds, and two double rooms that offer direct access to the pool terrace. The first floor has three additional rooms, including a double bedroom with a private terrace and sea views, a twin room with an en-suite bathroom, and a multi-purpose room with a double sofa bed that opens onto a sun terrace. The infinity pool, surrounded by loungers, parasols, and outdoor seating, provides breathtaking sea views. The villa also boasts a private tennis court, a fully-equipped kitchen with sea views, and an alfresco dining area with a gas grill.

Set in a serene, upscale neighborhood near Camp de Mar, the villa offers easy access to local attractions. A short drive or leisurely 20-minute walk brings you to Camp de Mar’s golden beach and Golf de Andratx. Nearby, the charming Port d’Andratx offers boating opportunities, while the vibrant city of Palma is a 30-minute drive away, filled with cultural attractions and nightlife.

Pool heating is available for an additional cost of 400 euros per week. Additional cleaning services can also be arranged for 25 euros per hour.
