The expansive outdoor area covers 900 m², including a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden. The highlight is the 35 m² heated infinity pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. A pergola with an outdoor kitchen, a bar, professional kitchen equipment, and an outdoor dining area creates the perfect setting for al fresco meals with panoramic sea views.

The Pakleni Islands, visible from the villa, provide an incredible backdrop and are home to some of the most beautiful lounge bars and beach clubs.
