The space
The villa is designed to offer both comfort and elegance across multiple levels. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a stylish reception area with a zinc bar, a flat-screen TV, and a Bose Hi-Fi system. The dining room, which seats 10 to 12 guests, extends onto a terrace with a Moroccan-style lounge. A fully equipped professional kitchen includes a gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and pantry.
The first floor features three beautifully designed bedrooms: a double bedroom (180 cm bed) with a garden view and en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom (160 cm bed) with similar views and an en-suite shower room, and a master bedroom (180 cm bed) with a balcony, garden and sea views, and an en-suite bathroom with a bidet and toilet.
The second floor offers additional sleeping arrangements, including a bedroom with two single beds (2x90 cm), a double bedroom (180 cm bed) with a television and DVD player, and another double bedroom (160 cm bed). A shared shower room with a sink and toilet completes this floor.
On the lower level, there is a staff bedroom with its own bathroom and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The villa also has a separate entrance for added convenience.
