The upper floor includes a living room with a kitchenette and three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all offering breathtaking sea views. The ground floor houses an additional bedroom, a modern living room with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to a semi-enclosed terrace. The outdoor area features a heated 22 m² pool surrounded by sun loungers, a barbecue area, and an alfresco dining space. A separate wellness area includes a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and an interactive entertainment room with PlayStation and darts.
