NO PARTIES, A new code of conduct from NSW Fair Trading says that if complaints are received from my neighbours about parties you can be banned for five years from Airbnb also fines of $550 can be issued. Please NO PARTIES. Guests who are reported for throwing a disruptive party or violating our rules are subject to suspension or removal from Airbnb’s platform. During your stay in my listing, I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government's Code of Conduct for the short-term rental Accommodation Industry.
