The top level offers a large living room with stunning views, a fireplace, and a reception area with a dining table for 10. A fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The master bedroom is located on the third level, featuring a double bed (180x200), en-suite bathroom with a shower, separate toilet, and a balcony with views. The second level has two double bedrooms (160x190), each with a shower, toilet, and dressing area, and one twin room (90x200) with an en-suite shower room and toilet; all rooms have balconies. The first level includes one double bedroom (160x200) with an en-suite shower room, toilet, and access to a terrace. This level also offers a cinema room, bar, and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. The ground level houses a ski room with shoe dryer and a closed garage with space for two cars.

The chalet is located in Courchevel Village, nestled on a wooded hill with a central position between Courchevel Le Praz and Courchevel 1850. The area offers immediate ski-in/ski-out access to slopes of all levels and lifts operating from 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM. This intimate alpine neighborhood combines central convenience with tranquility.

Dogs under 10 kg are accepted with a supplement of €150, already included in the rate. Cleaning fees are included. A €5000 deposit is required. Tourist tax is not included.
