The villa is designed with families in mind, featuring a fenced pool for children's safety, year-round heated water features, and a wide array of family-friendly amenities. Guests are kindly asked to respect the tranquil nature of the neighborhood by observing quiet hours during the evening. All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 18% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations. If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
