The terrace wraps around the side of the building where there is an outdoor bar area with a gas barbecue and all the facilities for alfresco outdoor dining. The living area flows seamlessly into a modern, open-plan kitchen with high-end Miele appliances, including a state-of-the-art coffee machine, a convection oven, microwave, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. There is ample cupboard space in the kitchen and a breakfast bar with four stools is ideal for casual entertaining. A private guest toilet is set just off the living area. The stylish décor and cool grey tones of the first level flow into the second level of the apartment, which features three bedrooms. These include a beautiful master bedroom and, en-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other a private dedicated bathroom. The master bedroom is a study of understated luxury with a king-size bed and an exquisite open bathroom with an oval soaking tub, a spacious rain shower, and double vanities. A walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space, and the room flows out onto a private balcony with outdoor seating and, breathtaking ocean and mountain views. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning as well as a large flat screen smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, built-in cupboards, a large wall-mounted flat-screen smart television partial ocean and mountain views, and an en-suite bathroom with a large rain shower and a single vanity. This airy and bright room has access to a private side patio with a small table and chairs and stairs leading down the outdoor bar area on the first level. The third bedroom features a king-sized bed that can be converted into two single beds, built-in cupboards, and a private bathroom with a spacious rain shower and a single vanity. This bedroom has air-conditioning, Smart TV and partial ocean views. The apartment is fully secure with on-site security and private tag access. It has two dedicated off-street parking bays in a closed garage beneath the building and direct access to the apartment is via a lift that can only be utilized with a tag.
