A staircase leads to the upper level of the house which has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and carpeting throughout. At the top of the stairs is a casual sitting area with leather couches. The master bedroom is spacious and light with a king-size bed (which can be converted to twin beds), an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in double shower, bathtub, double vanities, and a private sitting area with a plush couch. The master bedroom has air-conditioning and access to a shared balcony with views over Camps Bay. The remaining three bedrooms on the top level have king-size beds bed (which can be converted to twin beds), en-suite bathrooms with showers, and access to a shared balcony with beautiful mountain and sea views. The villa has a large swimming pool with a security fence, a manicured garden and a covered patio for outdoor dining. Fully secure with an alarm, the villa has a double garage for two cars and off-street parking for visitors.
