This beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, situated on the 3rd floor, offers a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and beautiful sunsets from the private patio, and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Accommodation: The rental is perfect for a group of up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 kids/teens, with a King-size bed in the master bedroom with a private full bath, a Queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom with a private full bath, and a Queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room. Fully Equipped: The villa is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, open-concept living and dining space, and comfortable bedrooms with flat-screen TVs. This includes a Keurig machine and also a regular drip coffee maker. Inclusions: There are 4 lightweight folding beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas in the villa for your personal use at Regal Beach, or any of the many other beautiful beaches including Govenor's Beach, Cemetery Beach, Smith's Cove, and more. The unit also includes snorkelling equipment, beach toys, bath and beach towels, toiletries, a washer and dryer, and more. BEACH RESTORATION NOTICE Please note: The neighboring Marriott resort plans beach restoration works along the shared beachfront from roughly May 25 through late August 2026. There may be construction activity, safety barriers, and temporary limits on beach access at times, including a short full closure of the Regal Beach shoreline currently expected around August 8–17, 2026 (all dates subject to change). The properties south on 7 Mile Beach include the Marriott Beach Resort and Regal Beach Club, have been affected by this erosion at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. There are times when there is a small beach and there are other times when there is no beach. There are a few steps that allow easy access into the Caribbean Sea. Please understand this is mother nature, in which we have no control of.
