The ground floor features a stylish living room with satellite TV, fireplace, and direct access to a 50 m² terrace with distant sea views. The open-plan layout continues into a modern, fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and a welcoming dining area. On this level, the master suite includes a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, while an additional double bedroom shares a guest bathroom.
Upstairs, two double bedrooms share a bathroom and each opens onto a private terrace with either sun loungers or a Bali bed. A separate entrance leads to an independent studio featuring a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and a compact kitchenette, ideal for guests seeking added privacy.
