Coffee - We love coffee, and know that it is an important part of your day! We offer the following coffee machines in the home: - Cusinart Drip, Keurig Pods + Nespresso [original] pods. - We provide several types of Keurig pods and should be enough for multiple days. - We provide 10-12 Nespresso pods. You will need to order more if this is your preference. - If you prefer drip, please bring coffee and filters. [Note: there may be some coffee and/or filters left from previous guests]. - Breville Espresso Machine with steam wand. - You will need to bring your own espresso. - We do provide a grinder. - We are now pet friendly! We love our Golden Doodle, Berkley, and she goes everywhere with us. We do charge a pet fee of $250/pet. Pet damage is the guest's responsibility, and we kindly ask that you don't allow your furry friends on the furniture or the linens/beds.

The Austoria is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood just minutes from Austin’s most iconic spots: • South Congress (SoCo) – Trendy shops, coffee bars, and food trucks • Zilker Park – Perfect for outdoor fun and festivals • Downtown Austin – Legendary live music venues and nightlife • Local Eats – Walk or drive to taco joints, Coffee shops, craft breweries, and boutique dining • Family-Friendly Fun – Parks, splash pads, and pickleball courts right across the street You’ll be close to the action but far enough to enjoy peace and privacy.

Quiet hours: 21:00 to 09:00. Pets: Allowed (maximum 2). Smoking: Not allowed. Events: Not allowed. Suitable for: children and infants. Additional rules: A rental agreement is required for our home. Absolutely NO parties. We want you to enjoy your stay at our house, but under no circumstances do we allow parties. This is a quiet neighborhood and we want to be respectful of our neighbors. If you want to enjoy downtown and come back and relax, have fun, and enjoy all the amenities of our house, awesome - but if your intent is to play loud music and party, then please book another house. We offer **optional** pool heating for $150/day for the entire duration of the stay. We heat the pool to 80 degrees. We allow 1-2 pets depending on size and breed. We charge $250/pet. Guest is responsible for extra cleaning or pet damage. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or linens.
