BEACH RESTORATION NOTICE Please note: The neighboring Marriott resort plans beach restoration works along the shared beachfront from roughly May 25 through late August 2026. There may be construction activity, safety barriers, and temporary limits on beach access at times, including a short full closure of the Regal Beach shoreline currently expected around August 8–17, 2026 (all dates subject to change). Transportation options include: • Car Rentals: Available through Kayak.com, Marshall's, or Andy's Rent-a-Car • Bus Service: A convenient 2-minute walk to the nearest stop, with regular service along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach Supermarket and Sunday Closures: Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food. Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays. Accessibility: Ground-Floor unit. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. There are times when there is a small beach, and there are other times when there is no beach. There are a few steps that allow easy access to the Caribbean Sea. Please understand this is Mother Nature, which we have no control over.
