Upstairs, the 82 m² master suite offers a private terrace with sweeping sea views, a sunken bath, a separate dressing area, and a private gym. Two additional double or twin en-suite rooms complete the upper floor. Outdoor spaces include a lush lawn, a shaded dining area with seating for twelve, and a 14 x 8-meter infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers and shaded relaxation spots.

The villa has a strict no-smoking policy and does not accommodate wheelchair access. Children are welcome. Pets and events are subject to prior approval. A €5,000 security deposit is required. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Housekeeping services are included Monday to Friday, and a chef is provided for breakfast six days a week. Additional catering and shopping services are available upon request.
