Outdoor living is central to the experience, with a covered chill-out lounge, a large daybed, a saltwater heated swimming pool, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. A separate guesthouse includes two additional bedrooms, its own living room and kitchen, and a shaded pergola with hammock and outdoor dining space.

The property is located in a central yet secluded part of Ibiza, surrounded by countryside and scenic valley views. Just five minutes away is the lively and artistic village of Santa Gertrudis, known for its galleries, boutiques, and restaurants. Ibiza Town is a short 10-minute drive, offering vibrant nightlife and historic charm, while the airport is easily accessible within 15 minutes.

A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Housekeeping includes a midweek clean (4 hours with two cleaners), and for stays longer than a week, an additional 8-hour cleaning is provided on Saturdays.
