Refined Retreat Near Downtown St. Moritz

This twin chalet complex consists of two separate yet connected houses—referred to as the Lower House and the Upper House. The overall space is significantly larger than typical alpine chalets, with room dimensions approximately twice the usual size. The Lower House sleeps six guests in standard bedrooms, with an additional six sleeping spaces in the entresol-level sports room. The Upper House accommodates ten guests and features the expansive owner's suite on its top floor, which spans approximately 70 square meters. The chalet has been constructed to biological standards using timber sourced from the surrounding forest, reflecting a deep respect for its alpine environment. Large French windows and several balconies offer sweeping views of St. Moritz and the pristine Engadin mountains. The interior is crafted for warmth and charm, blending traditional woodwork with contemporary alpine design and spacious layouts that prioritize comfort and elegance.

Set in a peaceful area above St. Moritz, the chalet is enveloped by natural beauty yet just moments from world-class shopping, dining, and hospitality. The legendary Palace Hotel and numerous renowned restaurants are just a ten-minute walk away. For ski lovers, the property sits directly at the end of the Corviglia run, allowing ski-in access right to the doorstep.
