The master bedroom offers a dressing area, en suite shower room, and a private terrace with breathtaking lake views. The second upstairs bedroom can be arranged as a double or twin and also features an en suite shower room. This room has a separate private entrance. An indoor pool area on the main floor offers year-round relaxation, with sliding windows that open during the summer to seamlessly connect with the garden.

Located in Campino, a quiet hillside village above Stresa, the setting offers peace and privacy while being within easy reach of the lakefront towns of Baveno (3 km) and Stresa (4.5 km). Two highly rated restaurants are conveniently situated next to the property. The property is positioned near the motorway, so some outdoor traffic noise may be audible. Pets and events are not permitted. Pool heating is available and charged according to consumption. Final cleaning (€250) and linen and towel rental (€135) are mandatory fees due on site. Tourist tax may apply.
